Welcome to our website:

The South Yorkshire Diving Club is an inter-denominational scuba diving association based in Sheffield and the surrounding area. The purpose of the club is the promotion of participation in scuba and snorkelling.

The club is made up of divers from  the city and surrounding area and welcomes guests from  far beyond. We are not dedicated to any specific sub-aqua code or training organisation, and welcomes qualified scuba divers and snorkellers.

Whilst we specifically do not offer training, the club is able to make suggestions
regarding sources of scuba training in the area and dive retailers who can help with newcomers to the sport.

The club is run as a non-profit making association and it is administered by an elected ,management committee.

The committee currently comprises:

     Chair - Bill Holland
     Finance - David Uhlar
